1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We handle every garment with attention to detail. Dispatch times vary based on the collection:

  • Immediate Dispatch Collection: These curated pieces are ready to ship and will be dispatched within one (1) working day.
  • Made-to-Order & Pre-Book Items: These pieces are handcrafted specifically for you.
    • Production Time: 15–25 working days.
    • Pre-Bookings: Dispatched according to the estimated date provided in the product description.
    • Note: To maintain our standard of quality, we are unable to prioritize or expedite individual orders.

2. Domestic Delivery (India)

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated transit time is as follows:

3. International Shipping

We are delighted to serve our global patrons. Currently, international orders are curated manually to ensure accuracy in shipping costs and availability.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated based on the package weight and dimensions of your specific order.
  • Customs & Duties: Any import taxes, customs duties, or additional local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Cancellations: To maintain our workflow efficiency, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.
